Spore Creature Creator Out Now!

Spore title

For those that have been living on an unevolved world without contact from other species, the feverishly anticipated Will Wright game Spore is a unique look at the RTS genre. With it's claim of infinite creature creation, the ability to play from the microbe level to the furthest reaches of the galaxy through a network of player created worlds, the gaming community is watching carefully in the hopes that one of the gaming worlds living legends can pull of this massive feat successfully.

With initial hype built through a walkthrough hosted by Robyn Williams (whose 'Flubber' experience obviously qualified him), the latest screenshots and trailers are showing a game well on the way to full release and the realisation of one of the most ambitious projects ever undertaken.

Aknowledging the scope of the game may blow the minds of lesser mortals, Will Wright has promised that all of the interfaces will actually be quite simple, the complexity of the game masked by a user friendly and straight forward design.
So far the PC and Mac are touted as the platforms of choice, with console users hoping that the game will fit onto their systems.

The Creature Creator, an integral part of the game where you can evolve and design the inhabitants of your planet, is due for a sperate release shortly. You can pick up a trial copy for free or the full version for US$10.
Fortunately for fans who cannot wait another few days or until the full game is released around September 7, the creature creator trial version has been leaked early. You can Get]Really Long Link it here[/LINK]. if the extra days will have you gnawing off limbs that will need replacing with this software. You will have to navigate through the Megaload website though, so be pre-warned.

it looks fun as hell! Some of the creatures are quite sleazy looking!
